a couple pictures

So before we get into the pictures... dose my son like sports?
I pose this question becouse 1)I am not a huge fan, and 2)I know the answer and it is yes.
We have some friends with children around the age of X, when we visit them or talk to them, the tend to go on about the latest noggin show,or playhouse Disney show, or the new children music CD that their little one is in to.
Xavier will not sit still for them. Bright colors, Children singing, slap stick comedy, none of these things interest him. However, if you turn on sports, he stops dead in his tracks. As i am typing this, he has spent the last 30 minutes watching golf. He claps, and cheers and rolls around. and when they focus on the golf ball, he points at the TV and yells ball. The same thing has happened in the past with tennis, hockey, basketball, almost any sport that i happen to pause on. it is all very weird.

oh and his other big like is Wheel of fortune

now for the pictures

Marching on with life

I turned 30. early in the month that is. not just now. Karen picked a job, and we are staying in Indianapolis a few more years, and life is marching on.

Sorry that there have been no updates lately, everything is progressing on, same old same old, except that I am getting old. The Boy is doing great, i will post some more pictures in a few days. He has about 15 words and enjoys running around the house screaming at the top of his lungs.

Karen through me a surprise birthday party along with her sister and a nephew. Thanks to everyone for coming out, I really appreciate it. Then for my birthday we went to see Watchman. It was great. We have also taken some trips recently to Louisville, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis, and are planing on a trip to Cincinnati in the near future.

All in all, life is great and without drama which is nice. Hopefully as the spring comes around and summer follows, We will get out of the house more and be able to take some fun outside action pictures of the boy as he learns the joy of running jumping and skinning of knees in the warm outdoors.
