3:30...8 cm dilation and a little pain. Start to watch the movie "the Holiday" after having watched 12 episodes of friends.
4:30...10 cm dilation and a bunch more pain, with some nausea. Movie gets turned off to prevent distractions
4:45 start working on getting baby out.
5:11 Xavier enters the world at 8 lbs 4 oz, and 21.5 inches.
Baby and mom are doing fine. Baby is currently having his first live meal. Here are a few pics.

Thanks for posting the labor story and pics so quickly Jeff...it's great to feel like we're a part of it, even though we're so far away. Bret and I are thinking happy thoughts for all of you.
